Arrival day; Namaste! Welcome to Nepal. Our staff will receive you from Airport and take you to your hotel. He will give you little idea about what to do. Kathmandu, the colourful capital of Nepal, is a fascinating blend of traditional architecture and symbols of the 20th Century. Its rich artistic and cultural heritage is evident where ornately carved balconies mingle with beautiful shrines and temples. If you arrive early we recommend you check out Durbar Square with its temples, markets and busy atmosphere. It is also worth the climb to visit the Swayambhunath - the 'monkey temple'. Explore the network of street markets and alley bazaars and Pashupatinath. For those with a few extra days in Kathmandu, the neighbouring towns of Patan and Bhaktapur are well worth a visit. However we will do sightseeing next day.


Trek to Namche Bazaar; This day we move along with the Dudh Koshi river. Ascend through the Himalayan pine and cedar forest to Namche Bazaar, gateway to Everest. The village of Namche is a historic trading post where Nepalese and Tibetan traders exchange salt, dried meat and textiles. Namche bazaar is also popular within the merchants for trading traditional crafts. Therefore, apart from being splendid destination for tourists it is also the central trading post in Khumbu for Himalayan and lowland merchants. For acclimatization, We will spend 2 days with our team and visit local markets. Also hike and capture the glimpses of Mount Everest and other neighboring peaks.
Rest day at Namche Bazaar for acclimatization and excursion; an acclimatisation day allows for an excursion to higher destination.
Trek to Thyangboche; today we have an easy and uniform trail leading us to the view of Mount Everest. It is the spiritual center of the Khumbu. We continue our trip descending into the Dudh Koshi valley at Pungki Thanka. The trail then ascends at the right edge of Dudh Koshi valley to Tengboche Monastery (3860m). The views of Mt. Amadablam and Mt. Everest and its surrounding peaks are marvelous. The satisfying views adequately compensate our long and lengthy climb.
Trek to Dingboche; it is the one of the interesting days of the trip as we will not lose altitude and enjoy the views of Mt. Amadablam, Mt. Lhotse & other peaks. We descend via a beautiful forest, Imja Khola and trek through the village of Pangobche (3900m). The route continues through pastures to Dingboche, known as the ‘summer valley’.
Rest day at Dingboche for acclimatization and excursion; Today is another acclimatization day. Opt to hike to Chhukung or Nagarzhang Peak.
Trek to Lobuche; From Dingboche our route leads closer to Everest as walk climbs to a ridge marked with prayer flags and Stupas, then walking on nice gradual uphill facing marvelous scenery to reach at a small place in Thugla where Khumbu glaciers melts into a torrential river.
Trek to Everest Base Camp 5,364 m and return to Gorakshep; today includes a challenging climb past the Khumbu Glacier, arriving in Nuptse. Cross the Changri Glacier to Gorakshep, and then enjoy the highlight of reaching Everest Base Camp. The higher altitude makes this day's trekking quite challenging. The Changri Glacier looms ahead as the trek heads for Gorakshep, a small, usually frozen, lake, by lunchtime. Relax and get adjusted to the altitude before the attempt to reach Everest Base Camp.
Hike to Kalapatthar 5,545 m and walk to Pheriche; We start the day with a hike to Klapattar (5545m). It is the best view point for witnessing Mount Everest in all its glory and the spectacular Himalayan range. For breakfast we will move towards Goreshep and then move down to Pheriche, another beautiful place.
Trek to Kyanjinma ; Decend to Kyanjinma though the beautiful path back.
Trek to Monjo 2,860 m via Namche Bazaar; Continue to decent, staying in the small village of Monjo for the evening.
Trek to Lukla; the trekking route stretches along with Dudh Koshi River to Lukla. The trek ends here at small mountain airstrip and catch flight to Kathmandu next day morning.
